As a part-time Banquet Bartender at Trilogy at The Vineyards, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent hospitality services at banquet and catering events hosted within this distinguished resort. This hourly position pays $22 per hour and requires a dynamic individual who can blend friendly guest interactions with efficient beverage service, all while upholding the highest company standards. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager / Catering Event Manager, the Banquet Bartender will ensure guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere paired with expertly crafted drinks and prompt service.
Key responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, including wine, beer, and mixed drinks, to guests attending banquets and catering functions. You will also be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the resort’s offerings and amenities, allowing you to confidently engage with guests and enhance their overall experience. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining exemplary food and beverage service standards, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and guests leave with lasting positive impressions.
Beyond beverage preparation, you will manage operational duties such as handling cash and card transactions, taking inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar. Your vigilant commitment to safety protocols is paramount when verifying guests’ legal drinking age and addressing any potential safety concerns. As a representative of Trilogy at The Vineyards, you’ll be encouraged to collaborate with staff across all levels, sharing insights and contributing to the planning of future events to ensure seamless catering experiences.

High school diploma preferred
One year experience bartending in a resort facility preferred
Must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol
Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
must be able to calculate discounts and percentages
Ability to contribute to a productive and friendly work environment by maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to speak effectively and present information to another person and in small group situations with guests and team members
Ability to provide direction to coworkers in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memorandums
Must be able to pay attention to details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
