We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Banquet Server to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service during banquet events, whether held indoors or outdoors. Reporting directly to the Banquet Captain, the Banquet Server is responsible for setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages with enthusiasm, and ensuring that guests have a welcoming and enjoyable experience. This position demands a combination of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
The Banquet Server will help establish the atmosphere of events by being knowledgeable about menu items and other resort services. This role also requires collaboration with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Candidates should be comfortable carrying trays and navigating event spaces safely while maintaining service etiquette. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the varied event calendar at Trilogy.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One to three months’ related server experience preferred
Must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol, if applicable
Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
must be able to calculate discounts and percentages
Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members about job tasks and responsibilities
Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums
Ability to speak effectively and present information to another person and in small group situations with guests and team members
Must be able to pay attention to details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
