Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team at Minnesota National. This role involves providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following state and local regulationsEnsure the bar and dining area are clean, organized, and fully stockedProcess payments, handle cash and credit transactions accuratelyCheck identification to verify legal drinking age when serving alcoholEngage with guests, provide recommendations, and enhance their overall experienceMaintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotionsAssist with event service, including golf outings and banquets, as neededFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesJob Type: Seasonal or Year-Round (depending on availability) Hours: Flexible shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends Compensation: Hourly wage plus tips If you enjoy working in a social and dynamic setting, we encourage you to apply and be part of our Minnesota National team!
