About the Club:

Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Barton Hills Country Club was founded in 1919 including an original Donald Ross design that opened in 1922. Originally operating as a dairy farm, Barton Hills sprawls across 160-acres of land including 115 bunkers and multiple tee options that range from 4538 to 7,112 yards.

Throughout the club’s history, Barton Hills is proud to have hosted USGA Major Championships such as the 98th Women’s Amateur in 1998 (Grace Park), the 22nd US Women’s Mid-Amateur in 2008 and the 8th Annual US Senior Women’s Open in 2026.

Architects including Tyler Rae and Ron Pritchard have both contributed to course restoration over the past 15 years. Most recently, the club is excited to be working alongside Andrew Green.

Barton Hills Country Club has been recognized as one of the premier private clubs in the state and remains committed to providing Members and Guests with a first-class golf experience.
