Assistant Golf Professional

Birmingham Country Club is seeking an energetic, member-focused professional to join its golf leadership team as an Assistant Golf Professional. Reporting directly to the Director of Golf & Head Golf Professional, this individual will play an important role in daily golf operations, member engagement, Tournament and event execution, and Instruction.

This opportunity is well suited for an ambitious golf professional who wants to advance their career, strengthen their operational and teaching skills, and contribute to a vibrant Private club environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hospitality experience, a background at high-end facilities, proficiency with Golf Genius tournament software, and a passion for Junior golf and player development.

Experience working in an active club environment is essential. A competitive playing record is preferred but not required.
