Assistant Golf Professional

Black Bear Golf Course is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional to join our team for the 2027 season. The course is known for its friendly membership, recent resurgence under new ownership, and welcoming community atmosphere. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in daily golf operations, tournament management, instruction, and delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.

The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Director of Golf to oversee all aspects of golf operations, including pro shop management, merchandising, event coordination, and member services. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all facets of a golf course operation while helping drive a vibrant golf culture at Black Bear.
