Job Description:
As a Member Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and members, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the friendly, professional atmosphere that makes Studio Golf Club unique. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting members and guests as they arrive, providing them with a warm, welcoming experienceManaging bookings and reservations for simulators, lessons, and events via phone, email, and in-personProcessing payments and handling transactions with accuracy and professionalismAnswering inquiries about our services, memberships, and programs, providing detailed information about our offeringsMaintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and other common spacesSupporting staff and instructors with scheduling and event coordination when neededPromoting special offers, events, and membership programs to new and existing customersCollaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfactionWhat We Offer:

Excellent communication skills—you’ll need to make everyone feel at home!Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle a variety of guest needsOrganizational skills to manage bookings, transactions, and customer inquiries effectivelyA positive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetPrevious front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not requiredA passion for golf or a willingness to learn more about the sport is a big plus!Pay: $18.00 per hour
