**Assistant Golf Professionals and PGA Associates** will report directly to the PGA General Manager and assist with all facility operations and membership services. In addition, you will choose specific area(s) of focus, such as: tournaments, events, marketing, social media, golf instruction, fitness, club fitting, technology, merchandising, retail, club repair, etc. What will you take ownership of? **PGA Associates** will work alongside our **Member Service Associates** as the first point of contact for our guests and members, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the friendly, professional atmosphere that makes **Studio Golf Club** unique. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Greeting and assisting members and guests **as they arrive, providing them with a warm, welcoming experience
- **Managing bookings and reservations **for simulators, lessons, and events via phone, email, and in-person
- **Processing payments and handling transactions **with accuracy and professionalism
- **Answering inquiries **about our services, memberships, and programs, providing detailed information about our offerings
- **Maintaining the cleanliness and organization **of the front desk area, lobby, and other common spaces
- **Supporting staff and instructors **with scheduling and event coordination when needed
- **Promoting special offers, events, and membership programs **to new and existing customers
- **Collaborating with the team **to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
### **Essential Responsibilities**
- Excellent **communication skills**—you’ll need to make everyone feel at home!
- Strong **customer service orientation**and the ability to handle a variety of guest needs
- **Organizational skills**to manage bookings, transactions, and customer inquiries effectively
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- **Previous customer service experience **is preferred but not required
- A passion for **golf!**
