Provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
Answer questions and suggestively sell food and beverage items if appropriate
Take members' and guests' orders
Be able to bartend and perform bar service
Place orders with kitchen and communicate special cooking instructions
Serve meals in courses placing dishes in front of each person
Check back to ensure member and guest satisfaction and replenish beverages
Remove dishes and run dishwasher as needed
Present dessert menus and serve dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks
Charge to members' accounts accurately
Keep tables, dining area, and bus station areas clean
Advise supervisor of any complaints immediately
Perform clean-up and opening/closing duties as assigned
Thank members and guests and invite them to return
Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor
Have thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction
Must be able to stand on feet throughout shift and lift 50 pounds
