Sous Chef & Kitchen Leader - Elevate Banquets & Service

Salisbury Country Club Ltd. in Midlothian, VA is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. This hands‑on role leads, trains, and develops a diverse kitchen crew across alacarte dining, banquets, private events, and club programs. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, manage prep and service, and uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and sanitation. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required.
