Food Handlers certification
at least five years of experience in stewarding or related kitchen operations
ability to operate kitchen stewarding equipment safely
ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
willingness to work varying schedules
ability to exert physical effort including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 150 lbs
