A premier private golf and country club north of Nashville is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join its leadership team.

this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader.

The club is growing its food & beverage program and is looking for someone who can step in, take ownership and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do as a Food & Beverage Manager

Oversee daily food & beverage operations across multiple outlets Lead, train and develop servers, bartenders and support staff Ensure exceptional service and a high-quality member experience Manage scheduling, staffing and daily floor operations Partner with the Director of F&B on operational and financial goals Support events, club functions and high-volume service Maintain strong communication between front and back of house Build a culture of hospitality, accountability and teamwork

What We're Looking For Food & Beverage Manager

3+ years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience Proven ability to lead and develop a team Strong service and hospitality skills Hands-on leadership style with a sense of urgency Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a high-touch, member-focused environment Private club experience is a plus, but not required Must be available to work nights and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

$65-80K base salary, based on experience Quarterly bonus opportunity PTO/vacation Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance Meal allowance

The club is closed on Mondays.
