Assistant Golf Professional Mizner Country Club – Delray Beach, FL Join a premier private club where golf excellence meets exceptional member service. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Assistant Golf Professional to help lead and elevate our golf operation. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Director of Golf and professional staff in delivering world-class golf experiences to our members and guests. What You’ll Do • Support the Director of Golf/Head Golf Professional in managing all aspects of the golf operation, from daily play to signature events. • Deliver exceptional service to members and guests while building strong relationships. • Help create and run tournaments, leagues, and instructional programs for all ages and skill levels. • Lead, mentor, and motivate golf operations staff to achieve service excellence. • Assist with pro shop operations, inventory control, and accurate financial reporting. • Serve as a club ambassador on and off the course, representing Mizner in PGA/LPGA events and community activities. • Play golf with members, maintaining a high standard of playing ability.
