What you'll do
Serve as a key member of the golf operation, with a hand in every aspect of the departmentTeach — instruction is a major pillar here, with strong membership demand and no cap on how much you can grow your bookLead the planning and day-to-day of their Tuesday Ladies League and women's programming, serving as the point person our ladies membership connects withRun tee-sheet operations in Jonas Encore and tournament administrationSupport ~20 events a year, from majors and member-guests to Twilight golf and nine-and-dineGrow into merchandising, budgeting, and other areas based on your interestsWho they are looking for
A strong, credible playerSomeone mature, poised, and personable, who can deliver five-star service to a discerning membershipA natural multitasker who has thrived in a high-volume, high-expectation operationAn individual who builds relationships and connects easily with peoplePGA/LPGA membership or active in the program preferredCompensation & benefits
$52,000 base salary ($1,000/week)Teaching income — Professionals keep 90% of lesson revenue. Teaching is a significant earnings driver - a professional who connects with the membership should reasonably expect $25,000–$30,000+ in teaching income in year one and, over time, can expect to be well over $100,000 in total annual compensationClub-sponsored health insurancePGA/LPGA dues, tournament fees, and continuing education paidDaily meals and uniform allowance
