Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and social media advertisments, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Demonstrate and present high-end golf carts and electric vehicles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and available financing options.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Negotiate deals effectively, closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies.
Manage inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to boost brand awareness.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, or automotive dealership environments with a focus on high-end or passenger vehicle sales.
Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to close deals effectively.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through upselling and deal closing strategies.
Exceptional customer relationship building skills combined with outstanding phone etiquette and client communication techniques.
Experience with retail math, inventory management, and organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and sales pipelines efficiently.
Familiarity with automotive financing options, CRM software, automotive industry sales processes, and public speaking is highly desirable.
