Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Director to lead our event sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence through innovative marketing and technology- driven solutions. The Event Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service across all client interactions. Responsibilities * Grow our business through website and social media marketing. * Sales of weddings and special events. * Run a variety of Club Member events throughout the season. * Maintain involvement in the Food and Beverage operation to support ala carte dining and concessions. * Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational goals. * Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through effective business development and relationship management. * Drive outside sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals. * Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Represent the Club at Bridal shows to expand our wedding business Requirements * Proven experience in sales. * Strong time management skills. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles. * Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative environment. * Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and technological advancements.
