Role Description The Assistant Facilities Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Greater Philadelphia, primarily at the Doylestown location. This role supports the daily operation of the golf lounge, including monitoring facility cleanliness, checking equipment functionality, and coordinating minor repairs or maintenance needs. The Assistant Facilities Manager helps oversee TrackMan bay readiness, ensuring systems are powered, calibrated, and safe for use, and assists with opening and closing procedures. The role includes collaborating with the management team on inventory of supplies, basic safety checks, and vendor visits, while providing helpful, professional support to guests and staff. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts may be required to support peak operating hours.
Qualifications
Facility operations and maintenance: ability to perform basic inspections, coordinate minor repairs, and support equipment upkeep in a hospitality or recreation environment.Safety and compliance: attention to detail in following safety procedures, conducting routine checks, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and hazard-free facility.Customer service and communication: strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members, address issues promptly, and communicate clearly in person and in writing.Organization and reliability: proven ability to manage time, follow schedules and checklists, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.Technical comfort: willingness to learn and support the use of golf technology systems (such as TrackMan) and related facility equipment.Preferred experience: prior work in facilities, hospitality, sports/recreation, or retail environments is beneficial.Additional qualifications: ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work evenings and weekends as needed; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
