<p><strong>GolfTRK Albuquerque | General Manager (PGA Professional Preferred)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full-Time | Reports to Ownership | Base Salary $45,000 to $65,000 DOE</strong></p>
<p>GolfTRK Albuquerque is a new indoor golf performance facility featuring four TrackMan simulator bays, PuttView short game training technology, a dedicated club fitting area, and member lounge space. We are a membership-driven, instruction-focused concept, not an entertainment-only simulator venue.</p>
<p>The General Manager is the face of the facility and the leader of the local golf community. This person owns day-to-day operations, membership growth, instruction and player development, event programming, and the overall member experience.</p>
<p>This is a build-it role. The GM will be involved from pre-opening through launch and will have direct influence over programming, instruction offerings, junior development, league structure, and community partnerships. The right candidate treats the facility like their own business and wants a platform where teaching, fitting, and event income are uncapped.</p>
