Augusta National Golf Club offers a 10‐month, paid Human Resources Internship onsite in Augusta, GA. The program provides hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, and HR business partner functions through planned rotations. You will support the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, campus recruiting, and intern/fellow programming, while assisting Masters Tournament preparation, HR communications, and data management.
