Oversee club fitting services, ensuring members have appropriate equipment to enhance their game. Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales within the pro shop to maximize revenue. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain golf members, enhancing their overall club experience. Maintain a strong presence on the course and in the clubhouse, engaging with members and providing exceptional customer service. Supervise and train assistant golf professionals and pro shop staff. Stay current with golf industry trends, equipment advancements, and teaching methodologies. Uphold the club's standards of excellence in all aspects of golf operations and member interaction. Requirements PGA Class A Professional certification or equivalent international qualification is mandatory. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Head Professional or senior golf professional role at a reputable golf club. Demonstrated expertise in golf instruction, player development, and coaching at various skill levels. Proven track record of successfully managing golf operations, including staff, budget, and inventory. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong organizational and event management capabilities. Proficiency in golf operations software and POS systems.
