Our client is seeking a seasoned and charismatic Head Golf Professional to lead their renowned golf operations in Atlanta, Georgia . This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the golf course, including professional shop operations, instruction, tournaments, and player development programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for the game of golf, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to manage a team and enhance the overall golfing experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily golf operations, including tee time management, player assistance, and course condition monitoring. Manage and merchandise the golf shop inventory, ensuring profitability and attractive displays. Develop and implement comprehensive golf instruction programs for players of all skill levels, including clinics, private lessons, and junior camps. Organize and execute successful golf tournaments, leagues, and special events for members and guests. Supervise, train, and mentor golf staff, including assistant professionals and outside service personnel. Build strong relationships with members and guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements PGA or LPGA Class A Professional certification is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in golf operations, with at least 3 years in a Head Professional or Assistant Head Professional role. Proven experience in golf instruction, player development, and tournament management. Strong merchandising, inventory management, and sales skills.
