Brookmeadow Country Club is looking for a Pro Shop Attendant for the current golf season and beyond. This position will be part-time and will require availability on weekends.
Duties
Face customers in a welcoming way
Check in tee times and ring in merchandise purchases using POS software
Answer phone calls and book tee times on digital tee sheet
Maintain a clean and presentable pro shop
Close and Lock building at conclusion of evening shift
Qualifications
Retail and customer service experience preferred
Ability to learn and operate simple computer software
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work quickly and to limit mistakes under pressure
Responsible with cash
