Pro Shop Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pro Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while assisting with their golfing needs. You will play a key role in maintaining the shop's operations, ensuring that products are well-stocked, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Job Duties - *This position will be Weekend Evening Shifts only* Greeting guests. Handling all cash, credit card, transactions; performing shop opening and closing duties. Exhibiting thorough product knowledge and upselling techniques to guests. Answering telephone in a professional manner. Inspecting merchandise to ensure quality prior to sale. Following safety and cleanliness standards. Scheduling start times for golfers. Assist with tournaments open and close pro shop as needed Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver's license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to handle cash transactions. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to work independently and display leadership qualities, including initiative. Professional image representative of property image. Exceptional guest service and organization skills. Job Demands: This is a seasonal position available through October. The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Physical requirements include standing at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, and pushing and lifting to 35 pounds. Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
