Cabot-Managed Properties seeks a Cook for Cascata Golf Club in Boulder City, NV. The Cook will be responsible for all food produced at the golf club and will work closely with the Food and Beverage team to create excellent, timely dishes.
You will prep and present items from standardized recipes, assist with large banquet menus, ensure quality and presentation, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with front‑of‑house and other culinary staff in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
