Anniston Country Club is seeking a friendly, attentive, and dependable Server to join our team and provide excellent dining service to our members and their guests.

Position Details

Pay: $10.00 per hour Additional Compensation: Servers receive a share of the service charge that is added to each check. Member Tips: There is also an opportunity to earn additional tips at the member’s discretion. Employment: [Full-Time/Part-Time]

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to members and their guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver orders promptly and ensure guests have everything they need. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate. Process checks and payments accurately. Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other club staff. Follow Anniston Country Club’s service standards, policies, and procedures. Help create a positive and enjoyable experience for every member and guest.

Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Reliable and punctual. Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food and beverage trays as needed.
