About the position

Our Club is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-focused Server to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. You will provide attentive and personalized service while working as part of a team to maintain the high standards expected in a private club environment.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to members and guests.Create a welcoming and personalized dining experience.Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders.Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, specials, and Club offerings.Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.Anticipate member needs and respond professionally to requests.Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas.Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily sidework.Work closely with servers, bartenders, culinary staff, and management.Assist with Club events, private functions, tournaments, and special events.Follow Club service, safety, sanitation, and operational standards.Requirements

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.Experience in a private club or fine dining environment is a plus.Strong communication skills.Friendly, professional demeanor.Detail-oriented and organized.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Dependable and punctual.Strong team player.Committed to exceptional hospitality.Approachable and friendly attitude.Ability to anticipate member needs and respond professionally.Flexibility to work days and evenings, weekends, holidays, Club events, and peak seasonal periods as needed.Nice-to-haves
