Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS system.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with members, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
Assist in food service by delivering dishes promptly, ensuring proper presentation, and accommodating special dietary requests when needed.
Restock supplies as necessary, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages positive reviews.
Skills
Proven experience in cocktail mixing (mixology), wine knowledge, craft beer handling, and beverage recipe development.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage members warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Prior food service experience in fine dining or casual restaurant settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising quality.
Familiarity with food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures.
