Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standardsEngage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferencesMaintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all timesAssist in food service duties when needed, including serving dishes, refilling supplies, and supporting catering or banquet eventsQualifications
Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, particularly as a bartender or server in fine dining or upscale environmentsStrong knowledge of POS systemsDemonstrated cocktail-making skills with a solid understanding of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe developmentExcellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle diverse situations professionallyAbility to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detailPrevious experience with banquet or catering events is a plus but not requiredJoin us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
