<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<p>- Greet customers and provide a welcoming and helpful shopping experience<br />- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, including Clubs, Balls and Technology<br />- Utilize excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management<br />- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment<br />- Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and gift cards<br />-Seek out and engaging customers throughout the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories)</p>
<p>-Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to pass on to our customers by learning about new technologies, products, and services</p>
<p>-Execute a Club Comparison to assist customers judge performance differences between select clubs</p>
<p>-Follow golf Club Fitting Protocol to provide and accurate and efficient golf club fitting process</p>
<p>-Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies while using fitting tools and components to provide fitting information valuable to the customer’s decision-making process</p>
<p>-Make equipment recommendations tailored to the customer</p>
<p>-Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>-Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience</p>
<p>-Basic golf industry, product knowledge and club fitting principles</p>
<p>-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb</p>
<p>- High school diploma or equivalent<br />- Strong sales skills and experience in a retail environment<br />- Excellent organizational and time management skills<br />- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities<br />- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store environment<br />- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends</p>
