<p>Embers Golf is seeking a motivated and customer-focused <strong>Golf Club Fitter & Builder</strong> to join our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern golf technology, enjoys working hands-on with equipment, and thrives in a performance-driven retail environment.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the retail and hard goods areas</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct professional club fittings using simulators, launch monitors, and fitting systems</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Execute club comparisons to help customers evaluate performance differences</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Make tailored equipment recommendations based on data and player goals</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with club repair and light build shop work</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain strong product knowledge across clubs, balls, and golf technology</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support store operations including merchandising, organization, and point-of-sale transactions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain a clean, professional, and high-performance fitting environment</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Minimum 2 years of golf retail and/or club fitting experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of club fitting principles and launch monitor data</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Confident communicator with strong sales ability</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Availability for required schedule (Mon, Fri, Sat)</p>
