Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full time golf maintainance person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the maintenance of our golf course. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are a drug free workplace and an equal opportunity employer. We also offer a retention bonus after 6 months of employment. Responsibilities
Perform physical labor such as raking, trimming, mowing, etc
Operate hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
Operate a golf cart, lawn mower and other tools.
Assist in the enhancement of the aesthetics of our golf course.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Work well with other team members
Weekend availability a must.
Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
Drug free workplace.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping and lawn care techniques, including irrigation and landscape maintenance, a plus but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
