Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, attractive, and functional. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and the effective use of various tools.
Duties
Perform regular lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
Maintain gardens by planting, watering, weeding, and pruning plants as needed.
Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Conduct groundskeeping activities to ensure clean and well-kept outdoor areas.
Irrigate plants and lawns efficiently to promote healthy growth.
Assist in the installation of new landscaping features or enhancements.
Monitor the condition of outdoor equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all maintenance tasks.
Skills
Proficient in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
Familiarity with the operation of power tools and hand tools used in landscaping.
Strong knowledge of groundskeeping principles, including irrigation methods.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance challenges effectively.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
