Duties
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep the course in top condition
Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as aerating, overseeding, and installing new landscaping features
Maintain turf health through aeration, topdressing, and pest management practices
Assist with planting, pruning, gardening, and horticulture activities to enhance course aesthetics
Support overall land management efforts by maintaining pathways, bunkers, water features, and other landscape elements
Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Hands-on experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools is highly valued
Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in outdoor settings
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to grounds upkeep
Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
