Golf Course Maintenance/Grounds Crew

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in creating and maintaining a pristine, inviting environment for golfers and visitors alike. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course remains in top condition by performing landscape maintenance, turf care, and equipment upkeep. Duties Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and healthy turf growth Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep the course visually appealing Use hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment to perform routine maintenance on greens, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding landscapes Assist with lawn care activities such as aeration, overseeding, and pest control to promote healthy turf conditions Conduct landscaping projects including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery to enhance course aesthetics Maintain course features by repairing or replacing damaged landscaping elements and ensuring safety standards are met Support overall maintenance operations by cleaning equipment, recording work performed, and reporting any issues or hazards promptly Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with landscape maintenance, gardening, or turf management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, horticulture principles, and landscaping best practices is a plus Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining course quality standards Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding course conditions Join us in creating an exceptional golf experience!
