The Members Grill at Turf Valley Resort is seeking a dedicated Server/Bartender to join their vibrant team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests warmly, offering detailed menu insights, and efficiently serving courses and beverages. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the food and beverage offerings, including ingredients in all entrees as well as beer, wine, and liquor selections. This position requires a blend of customer service expertise, multitasking skills, and the ability to interact professionally with both guests and team members. The Server/Bartender will also handle order processing and payment transactions, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and bar areas. Minimum 1-3 years of related server and bartending experience
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be at least 21 years old
Physical ability to handle hot and cold environments, reaching, bending, and handling soapy water
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage, including alcoholic beverages
Ability to operate kitchen equipment
Adherence to state laws and resort policies
