Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their work, has strong organizational skills, and contributes positively to a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep work
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff
Qualifications:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience required
Can clearly read tickets
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety certification is a plus
Attention to detail - handling all tasks with great care
