You will oversee multiple kitchen operations and lead a talented culinary team in a high-volume private club environment. Working with the Executive Chef, you will develop menus, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
