Bartender
Summary
Revere Golf Club is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in Henderson, Nevada, Revere Golf Club is a premier 36-hole championship golf destination featuring Buckman’s Grille, Morehead Grille, and event space to host upscale and large events.
The bartender plays a key role in creating a welcoming guest experience by preparing quality beverages, delivering attentive service, and maintaining a clean, organized bar environment. Revere’s dining venues and event spaces overlook the Las Vegas skyline and surrounding golf course through floor-to-ceiling windows, making memorable guest experiences for any occasion.
This position is an opening bar shift with arrival times typically at 5:30am.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe standards, company policies, and Nevada liquor lawsProvide friendly, timely, and professional service to restaurant guests, golfers, banquet attendees, and event guestsGreet guests, take beverage and food orders when applicable, and make recommendations based on menu offerings and guest preferencesMaintain knowledge of all beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and current food and beverage menusAccurately ring all food and beverage sales into the POS system and handle cash, credit card, and member/house account transactions correctlyMonitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all timesSet up, stock, and break down the bar each shift, ensuring all products, garnishes, glassware, and supplies are adequately preparedKeep the bar, service wells, storage areas, and guest-facing spaces clean, organized, and fully sanitized throughout the shiftFollow all SNHD food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including proper handling of garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar toolsPrepare fresh juices, mixes, syrups, and garnishes as directedAssist servers and management with beverage service for the dining room, patio, tournaments, weddings, and special events as neededMaintain accurate inventory counts, notify management of low stock items, and help with restocking and liquor organizationSupport banquet bar service, beverage cart operations, and special event functions when assignedUphold all company service standards, appearance standards, and attendance expectationsWork collaboratively with the kitchen, servers, banquet team, and managers to ensure smooth service executionWork events indoors and outdoors according to business needsQualifications
Previous bartending experience required; restaurant, golf club, resort, or banquet experience preferredStrong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and standard bar service proceduresExcellent guest service, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special eventsMust meet all age requirements for serving alcohol in the state of NevadaValid alcohol awareness card and food handler card required, or ability to obtain within required timeframePhysical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 30–50 poundsAbility to reach, bend, stoop, and work in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environmentAbility to work indoors and outdoors for special events or golf-related beverage service when neededLevel: Entry
