About the Role
Server Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guestsTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDeliver food and beverages while ensuring quality presentationMaintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offeringsSet up and break down dining areas for service and special eventsProcess guest payments and maintain accurate transactionsEnsure cleanliness and organization of dining areasWork collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to exceed guest expectationsFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Server Qualifications
Minimum 1 year serving experience in a restaurant, country club, resort, banquet facility, or hospitality settingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to carry trays and stand for extended periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and professionalismMust be dependable and punctual
Bartender Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standardsDeliver exceptional service to members and guestsVerify guest age and comply with all alcohol service regulationsMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked barManage cash, credit card, and POS transactions accuratelyAssist with beverage inventory and restockingSupport weddings, golf outings, banquets, tournaments, and special eventsCreate a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professional service standardsFollow all responsible alcohol service practicesBartender Qualifications
Minimum 2 years bartending experience preferredStrong knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and spiritsExperience in high-volume hospitality environments preferredExcellent guest service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureProfessional appearance and positive attitude
Required Certifications
Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain:
State-approved Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (RAMP/TIPS or equivalent)Food Handler Certification (preferred)Ability to meet all local and state requirements for serving alcoholAbility to pass background screening if required
