Duties
Greet guests
Perform routine cleaning, prepping, and washing of golf carts to maintain a first round appearance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure carts are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs
Operate golf carts responsibly, adhering to all safety guidelines and traffic rules on the property
Keep the cart storage area organized, clean, and free of debris
Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and offering assistance promptly
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service roles preferred but not required.
Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly with a valid driver’s license.
Experience with car wash, detailing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle maintenance and cleaning procedures.
Must be available on weekends and holidays.
