As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will support daily golf course operations within our Golf Division. This role is responsible for maintaining golf carts and staging areas to ensure golfers, members, and guests receive a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience. The Cart Attendant plays an important role in course presentation and operational readiness, working closely with golf and grounds teams in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
Clean, stage, and organize golf carts for daily useInspect carts for cleanliness, safety, fuel or battery levels, and basic functionalityAssist with charging, refueling, and minor upkeep of cartsMaintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas, staging zones, and related facilitiesCollect carts from the golf course and ensure proper return to staging areasSupport tournament or special event preparation and breakdown as neededCommunicate maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptlyProvide friendly, professional interaction with golfers, staff, and guestsFollow all safety, operational, and customer service guidelinesPerforming other tasks as assignedRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting, and bendingWillingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredBasic communication skills and positive attitudePreferred Skills & Experience:
Previous experience at a golf course, country club, or outdoor service environmentCustomer service or hospitality experienceFamiliarity with golf cart operation and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and manage routine tasks efficientlyBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skillsInterest in growing within golf course operations or landscape managementBenefits:
