Job Description
Are you ready to bring the SWAG and deliver exceptional guest service with every ride? As a Golf Cart Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face our guests and team members rely on for safe, clean, and well-prepared transportation.
As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will:
Greet guests and owners with warmth and professionalism. Stage golf carts in proper areas and ensure they are clean, detailed, and ready for use. Collect information from team members using the carts for tracking and accountability. Be attentive and "ready" at all times to assist sales teams, guests, and owners. Safely transport sales teams and guests using golf carts or property vehicles, especially during inclement weather. Return carts to storage, dispose of trash, inspect for damages, and charge for next-day use. Promptly report any lost and found items to the Sales Manager, Guest Relations Manager, and Security. Wash and detail carts as directed by management. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications
Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years oldAbility to work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditionsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf cartsExcellent customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented mannerWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
