Food & Beverage Intern: Event Operations

The Event Operations Intern will be exposed to all areas of the Event Operations department in a large, private club environment, to supplement an academic program in hospitality management or related field. The intern will develop and demonstrate knowledge through a series of trainings and structured conversations with managers.

The Event Operations Intern will spend the majority of the summer learning the operation with involvement in the set-up, service and break-down of a variety of events. Towards the conclusion of the internship, the Intern will be assigned several leadership responsibilities within the operation.
