Food & Beverage Manager - Golf Club Operations

GreatLIFE Golf is seeking a full-time, salaried Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B production and service at Flatbush Golf Club. This role directly supervises the Chef, Catering & Sales Director and managers of all outlets, while partnering with the General Manager to manage budgets and department goals.

You will oversee purchasing, training, beverage programs, front- and back-of-house operations, and ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with wage, hour and alcohol laws.
