Golf Professional - $40/hr Non-PGA $55/hr PGA

Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following: The Golf Professional is responsible for delivering high quality golf instruction, managing simulator operations, and developing engaging programs for youth and adults. This role plays a key part in growing participation, enhancing member experience, and driving revenue through lessons, clinics, leagues, and open play. Key Responsibilities: · Provide individual and small group golf instruction for youth, teens, and adults · Develop lesson plans tailored to skill level (beginner to advanced) · Deliver engaging clinics (e.g., junior golf, women’s clinics, adult fundamentals) · Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and skill progression tracking · Ensure a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Qualifications (Include education, years’ experience, and technical requirements if needed) · Proven record of golf experience, lesson redemption · PGA Professional or Associate (preferred, not required) · Prior experience teaching golf (youth and/or adult) · Experience with golf simulator technology (Trackman preferred, but not required) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Work Location: In person
