Essential Responsibilities As a Golf Performance Coach / Box Pro, your role is to help golfers train, develop, and elevate their game through exceptional coaching, programming, and member engagement. Responsibilities include: Delivering 1-on-1 golf instruction Conducting TPI-style assessments and movement evaluations Providing club fitting and equipment recommendations Coaching small group classes and clinics Leading youth development programs, including Operation 36 Using TrackMan, PuttView, and other technology to analyze performance Creating game improvement plans and player development models Tracking player progress and maintaining accurate member performance notes Supporting leagues, memberships, events, and structured programming Creating an energetic, encouraging, and positive environment every day Building strong relationships with members and guests Collaborating with Tee Box ownership to create the best training environment for new golfers, recreational players, and serious athletes Helping develop systems, programs, and standards that can scale across future Tee Box locations You will be the heart and soul of Tee Box Westmont — welcoming members, building relationships, and serving as a consistent positive force in each player’s golf journey. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is passionate about golf, coaching, people, and growth.The ideal candidate is: Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping people improve Comfortable using technology and data to coach players Energetic, positive, and great with people Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Committed to delivering a 5-star member experience Growth-minded and excited to continue learning Professional in communication, appearance, and leadership Interested in helping build and lead a growing golf performance brand Comfortable working with youth, adults, beginners, and competitive players Preferred qualifications: PGA Member, PGA Associate, or actively pursuing PGA certification Experience coaching youth, adults, or competitive players Experience with TrackMan, PuttView, TPI, Operation 36, or club fitting Background in player development, fitness, or performance coaching Leadership experience or desire to grow into a leadership role If you care about people as much as you care about golf, you will fit right in. Compensation Tee Box Westmont offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward coaching excellence, member impact, and business growth. Compensation may include: Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 Potential profit sharing based on company performance 60% commission on lessons, coaching programs, fittings, and related instruction revenue $20,000+ Annually 100% commission on club sales net profit Additional performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities For a driven, skilled coach who builds strong member relationships, delivers exceptional instruction, and creates a full player-development roster, total earnings have the potential to extend well into six figures.
