Job DetailsJob Location: Westport, CT 06880Position Type: Part TimeThe essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following: The Golf Professional is responsible for delivering high quality golf instruction, managing simulator operations, and developing engaging programs for youth and adults. This role plays a key part in growing participation, enhancing member experience, and driving revenue through lessons, clinics, leagues, and open play. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and small group golf instruction for youth, teens, and adults Develop lesson plans tailored to skill level (beginner to advanced) Deliver engaging clinics (e.g., junior golf, women’s clinics, adult fundamentals) Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and skill progression tracking Ensure a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Qualifications Proven record of golf experience, lesson redemption PGA Professional or Associate (preferred, not required) Prior experience teaching golf (youth and/or adult) Experience with golf simulator technology (Trackman preferred, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels Preferred Qualifications Passion for growing the game of golf Energetic, engaging, and positive coaching style Strong organizational and time management skills
