Assistant Superintendent

Qualifications Two years of experience in the golf industry (preferred) Certified pesticide applicator (preferred) Knowledge of mechanical work (preferred) Knowledge of irrigation system (preferred) Responsibilities Resolves problems, mediates conflicts, and determines appropriate solutions Encourages regular communication and promotes teamwork Assists with hiring and training employees Monitors work progress and quality, and schedules employees Establishes priorities and assigns daily responsibilities Works a minimum of 5 days per week; hours will fluctuate each day based on work necessary to complete responsibilities Experience: 2 years required
