Assistant Superintendent

Highland Golf and Country Club is seeking a motivated professional to fill our position as the Assistant Superintendent. The person in this position will deal in ensuring daily operations are efficient and presentation of the golf course remains at a high level. They will work closely with the Director of Agronomy to coordinate cultural practices, chemical applications, nightly watering through irrigation and hand watering during the day. The Assistant will have great eye for detail and inform on any irregularities on the course including irrigation issues, disease, mowing patterns, dew patterns etc. This position will be a cornerstone in upcoming projects including drainage and reshaping green surrounds this winter and bunker project the following fall. 4 year turf degree/2 associates turf degree chemical applicators license
