Server/Bartender

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including food handling and sanitation standards Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed to ensure seamless service delivery Upsell menu items confidently to boost sales while providing personalized recommendations Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or golf settings Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of beverage preparation techniques or bartending basics Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and sales reporting Basic math skills for processing orders, bills, and transactions efficiently Join us in creating memorable moments through exceptional hospitality!
